Thou [art] my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. (Psalms 32:7)

The Lord our God is the High King of Deliverance! There is no calamity so great that He might be unable to rescue us. Even when we were dead of spirit and purebred haters of Him, He saw fit to rescue us from ourselves. He gave the dead new life. There is no difficulty so strong that He cannot save us. Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and He will surely deliver!

Thou [art] my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word. (Psalms 119:114)

The Lord promises to protect us from the attacks of our enemy, the Devil. It is in God's Word that we find the salvation that gives us hope to live.

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence [is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand [there are] pleasures for evermore. (Psalms 16:11)
O Delight of delights! O great Bringer of Joy! Praise the Lord all the earth. For by His name is pleasure brought and in His presence is pleasure known! Apart from His life is heard no joyous strain nor delighted laugh. All happiness bought apart from the cross is a counterfeit. Take your heart and soul and meaning in the Lord and your joy will ever be complete!

It took me almost 3 years to remember that I started a "Blog". Let's see how long I can keep this up. Not much has changed.....like my original post says; I lead a not so exciting life, although a life still filled with the love of Jesus~~~ well THAT is exciting ! How Great is our God!!
Let me start with this:
What I'm currently reading: "Sitting at the feet of Rabbi Jesus" --Awesome book! I highly recommend this to everyone. As a matter of fact, the book club I'm in is reading this.
What I'm currently working on: A baby afghan. I will post a picture when I'm done...should be soon ...oh, this is for no one I know, but Jesus knows !

My life is not so exciting to most, but that's O.K. because I like the life I have. God leads me each day in the way He wants me to go.

You will see things here that are important to me. God, family, and just every day life....oh, and I have many hobbies which I like to share with others.
